Our reputable healthcare client in Richmond Hill is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate 3 week contract opportunity. This fully onsite position provides high-level administrative and organizational support to two Associate Vice Presidents (AVPs), with occasional travel to the Markham site for meetings.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.
Pay Rate: $30/hour.
Location: Fully on site in Richmond Hill
Contract role: ASAP - January 23rd.
Please note: A Vulnerable Sector Check will be required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for two Associate Vice Presidents
- Handle confidential communications and correspondence
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas; take and transcribe meeting minutes
- Maintain and organize documentation and records
- Draft, proofread, and edit letters, memos, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and provide project support as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing executive support to senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in taking minutes and producing accurate, high-quality documentation
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a strong asset
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
