Court Insolvency Administrator (Contract)
Location: Canada, Hybrid (approximately 1 day on-site per week, remote flexibility available)

This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced, people-focused role supporting court-related insolvency work across Canada. You will play a key role in Division 1 proposals and Ordinary bankruptcy files, ensuring accurate, timely submissions to the courts while supporting Trustees, legal partners, and internal teams.

You’ll prepare Reports to Court and complete court application packages with accuracy and confidence.
In this role, you’ll coordinate and schedule court hearings across multiple jurisdictions.
You’ll monitor proposal payments, issue default notices, and prepare Certificates of Full Performance.
You’ll support Trustee discharge, taxation, interim dividends, and file close-outs.
You’ll draft and e-file statutory documents including proposals, notices, and reports.
You’ll manage Proofs of Claim, Meetings of Creditors, and creditor communications.
3+ years of experience in insolvency, legal administration, accounting, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Division 1 proposals and Ordinary bankruptcies is a strong asset.
Proven ability to prepare court-ready documentation and manage multiple active files.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging creditors and debtors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with Ascend or ProSystem experience considered an asset.
