About the Opportunity

Our client, a global leader in professional and commercial services, is hiring a Contract Manager to join their Legal and Commercial Services team. In this role, you will support the full contract lifecycle, partnering closely with internal sales, delivery teams, and client stakeholders to bring innovative commercial ideas into reality. Your work will play an essential part in safeguarding value, mitigating risk, and guiding successful contractual outcomes.

You will shape commercial strategy, support negotiations, advise on contractual risks, and help ensure commitments are met. Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will support contract management activities across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.

  • You will work closely with account leadership and client stakeholders to understand priorities and support commercial objectives.

  • You will contribute to identifying, escalating, and resolving contract and commercial risks to drive strong outcomes for all parties.

  • You will support pre-award activities, including review, drafting, and deal shaping aligned with business and delivery needs.

  • You will build trusted relationships with client counterparts and internal teams in a highly collaborative, client-facing environment.

  • You will promote an inclusive, respectful, and diverse team culture, recognizing the strength that varied perspectives bring.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 plus years of experience in contract management.

  • Experience supporting contract drafting, negotiation, or commercial risk analysis.

  • Certification or membership with IACCM, NCMA, or similar organizations is an asset.

  • Strong communication, relationship building, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with global teams and adapt to cross-cultural environments.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Availability for occasional travel as required.
