Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within a fast-paced, professional environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

You will work closely with executive leadership and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner who brings structure, discretion, and clarity to complex schedules, projects, and communications. Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage complex executive calendars, inboxes, and correspondence to ensure priorities are executed seamlessly.
  • In this role, you’ll prepare, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and reports with precision.
  • You’ll coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and logistics.
  • You’ll arrange domestic and international travel, preparing detailed itineraries and supporting last-minute changes.
  • You’ll process expenses, invoices, and assist with billing activities accurately and efficiently.
  • You’ll act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
  • You’ll provide administrative and project support to the executive and broader leadership team as needed.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment, including C-suite support.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
