Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll enter and maintain accurate data within REDCap and other healthcare systems, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • In this role, you’ll manage appointment booking and scheduling while working within clinicians’ schedules.
  • You’ll support meeting coordination through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • You’ll apply critical thinking to administrative tasks, flagging issues or inconsistencies as needed.
  • You’ll provide regular updates on assigned administrative work, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of healthcare administrative experience, required.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare systems such as REDCap, Novari, or clinical schedulers.
  • Background in mental health or clinical environments is a must.
  • Strong data entry skills with proven accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and confidence working with clinicians.
  • Comfortable adapting to new systems with guidance and orientation support.
