Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: North York, Ontario, On-site 5 days per week
Job Type: Contract, full-time, 35 hours per week

Compensation: $40–46/hour
Our client in the healthcare and long-term care sector is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide short-term, high-impact support to multiple senior leaders. This is a fast-moving, highly visible role supporting Vice Presidents across corporate functions including HR and Finance, with the potential to support IT leadership as well.
You will step into a collaborative, people-focused environment where organization, discretion, and strong judgment are essential. You’ll manage complex, high-volume calendars, balancing competing priorities and ensuring executives stay aligned and prepared
In this role, you’ll coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, communications, and follow-ups
You’ll monitor executive inboxes, prioritize incoming requests, and flag time-sensitive items
You’ll provide administrative support for committees and meetings, including preparation, minute-taking when required, and follow-through
You’ll assist with document preparation, invoice approvals, electronic signatures, filing systems, and general office support
5+ years of experience in a senior administrative or Executive Assistant role
Proven experience supporting multiple Director or Vice President-level leaders simultaneously
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook calendar management
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and comfort handling sensitive information
