Location: Remote, anywhere in Canada, 2 to 3 days per week

Your Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will manage records related to planned giving donors and estates, ensuring information accuracy and strong relationship stewardship.

  • You will liaise with estates, family contacts, and legal representatives to support the timely processing of legacy gifts.

  • You will maintain philanthropic donor files in the CRM system, supporting moves management, gift tracking, and donor touchpoints.

  • You will prepare documentation and materials for major donor stewardship, including acknowledgements and tax receipts.

  • You will help coordinate donor events, team meetings, campaigns, and special projects that elevate fundraising initiatives.

  • You will support cross-team projects that strengthen donor storytelling, impact reporting, and philanthropy program innovation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, donor relations, or non-profit administration

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage confidential data

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort speaking with donors

  • Skilled in working with databases and CRM systems, ideally Raisers Edge or Salesforce

  • Knowledge of Canadian estate and charitable giving regulations is an asset

  • Experience with planned giving or legacy fundraising programs is beneficial

  • French language abilities are an advantage
