As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive placement experience. Working within a people-focused staffing environment, you will help keep contracts, onboarding, and compliance moving efficiently in a fast-paced and high-growth setting. Your work will directly support both contingent workers and the teams that partner with them.

Your Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: 

  • You’ll support the end-to-end candidate placement process, including onboarding, work permit documentation, contract setup, amendments, rate changes, and finishes. 
  • In this role, you’ll manage and triage a high-volume shared inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client and candidate inquiries. 
  • You’ll respond to inbound calls and emails related to onboarding, timesheets, invoicing, and documentation through a shared support line. 
  • You’ll assist with compliance processes, ensuring onboarding and documentation align with client contracts and MSA requirements. 
  • You’ll provide administrative support to Account Managers and internal teams, including reporting, audits, and contract processing. 
  • You’ll support background checks, security clearances, and client audit responses as required.

Skills and Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced administrative, operations, or customer support role 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset 
  • Comfort working in a high-volume inbox and call-based support environment 
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and adapt 
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when handling confidential information
