About the Opportunity:
We are supporting a transformation-focused public sector program seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead end-to-end product planning and delivery. In this role, you will bring clarity, structure and prioritization to a multi-year modernization effort impacting claims and rehabilitation services.
You will collaborate closely with business subject matter experts, analysts and technology delivery teams to translate analysis into meaningful products and features. Your work will shape the roadmap, influence decision making and ensure that new solutions genuinely serve users across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
- You’ll turn analysis from the business design team into product roadmaps and feature-level deliverables.
- You’ll define and quantify product benefits and help secure funding through well-developed business cases.
- You’ll ensure technology delivery teams understand the product vision, goals and business context.
- You’ll create and maintain an evolving roadmap that guides priorities and progress across the program.
- You’ll serve as the bridge between business and technical groups, facilitating clarity and alignment.
- You’ll support change planning activities to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
- You’ll prepare and deliver presentations to a range of audiences including senior leadership.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience working on complex systems with both business and technology teams.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and the ability to translate vision into actionable features.
- Strong experience presenting to senior executives and influencing decision makers.
- Known for exceptional communication and ability to articulate business benefit and product impact.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities, adjusting roadmaps and driving alignment across teams.
