Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage daily Workday business process transactions, ensuring timely corrections, escalations, and resolution of stuck workflows.
  • You will handle HR Core tasks such as personal information updates, work permit reviews, and other workflow steps requiring HR intervention.
  • You will oversee unassigned transactions including job changes, role assignments, and supervisory organization setup.
  • You will administer Workday access requests for terminated employees or specialized worker groups where automation is not available.
  • In this role, you will process manual data updates, including lifecycle changes for contingent workers and Board of Directors members.
  • You will lead standardized mass and centralized changes using EIB, from intake to testing to implementation, ensuring accuracy and impact assessment.
  • You will develop alerts and notifications that move the organization toward proactive data management and reduce downstream issues.
  • You will perform recurring audits, identify trends, and partner with HR Reporting to build or adjust audit tools.
  • You will monitor Workday functionality, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
  • You will review and resolve Workday cases related to HR Operations through to closure.
  • You will create and process test scenarios in the Workday test environment to support broader system initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of progressive HR operations or systems experience with strong Workday exposure
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across MS Office
  • Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities
  • Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Critical thinker focused on outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and business partners
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information
