As an Analyst in Workday Operations, you will work closely with HR partners, reporting teams, and cross-functional stakeholders who rely on your expertise to keep systems aligned and data flowing seamlessly. Your work will directly impact process improvement, data accuracy, and overall service quality across the organization.

Your Responsibilities
- You will manage daily Workday business process transactions, ensuring timely corrections, escalations, and resolution of stuck workflows.
- You will handle HR Core tasks such as personal information updates, work permit reviews, and other workflow steps requiring HR intervention.
- You will oversee unassigned transactions including job changes, role assignments, and supervisory organization setup.
- You will administer Workday access requests for terminated employees or specialized worker groups where automation is not available.
- In this role, you will process manual data updates, including lifecycle changes for contingent workers and Board of Directors members.
- You will lead standardized mass and centralized changes using EIB, from intake to testing to implementation, ensuring accuracy and impact assessment.
- You will develop alerts and notifications that move the organization toward proactive data management and reduce downstream issues.
- You will perform recurring audits, identify trends, and partner with HR Reporting to build or adjust audit tools.
- You will monitor Workday functionality, recommending enhancements that improve efficiency and the employee experience.
- You will review and resolve Workday cases related to HR Operations through to closure.
- You will create and process test scenarios in the Workday test environment to support broader system initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2–4 years of progressive HR operations or systems experience with strong Workday exposure
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across MS Office
- Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
- Critical thinker focused on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with HR and business partners
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR information
