You’ll play a key role in supporting key SAP Finance, Controlling and Project Systems modules, with a focus on enhancing profitability analysis and enabling informed financial decisions. If you enjoy helping complex organizations run smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and value strong cross-team collaboration, this position offers purpose, impact and growth.

What’s In It for You

You’ll join a workplace that values innovation, clarity, and shared success. You’ll gain exposure to a large-scale SAP environment and help drive modernization efforts including a future transition to S/4 HANA.
This is an inclusive space where teamwork is celebrated, mentorship is encouraged, and your technical knowledge will be recognized and appreciated.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll analyze, design, develop and deliver SAP-related solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • You’ll provide expert support, guidance and troubleshooting for FICO and Project Systems modules, helping daily operations run efficiently.
  • You’ll mentor fellow analysts and support peers across regions, building confidence and capability within the team.
  • You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements, explore solution options, and guide decisions.
  • You’ll facilitate and coordinate testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
  • You’ll optimize SAP functionality and help prepare for the future S/4 HANA migration initiative.
  • You’ll develop a strong understanding of multiple regional business requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive SAP configuration experience in Finance and Controlling, plus 5+ years in Project Systems.
  • Strong financial, controlling and profitability analysis background, ideally with exposure to custom engineering accounting or manufacturing.
  • Integration experience with other SAP modules (MM, CS, SD, PM, PP).
  • Experience planning and supporting S/4 HANA initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Known for excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring peers and promoting strong team collaboration.
