Reporting to a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play an important part in daily HR operations, from onboarding new hires to maintaining accurate employee data. In this role, you will prepare offer letters and employment documentation aligned with legislation and organizational policies.
You will conduct new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding tasks and checklists are completed.
You will maintain the applicant tracking system and support hourly recruitment, including postings, screening, scheduling, and reference checks.
You will manage employee files, ensuring accuracy and ISO compliance while processing changes such as promotions or terminations.
You will oversee HRIS data integrity across ADP Workforce Now, ClearCompany, and Cornerstone.
You will support employee programs and events, coordinating logistics and communication.
You will draft internal correspondence, reports, and documents related to employee relations and HR projects.
You will update internal communication channels and provide reception support when needed.
Post secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of HR coordination or administration experience.
Broad understanding of recruitment, onboarding, training, and general HR processes.
Knowledge of Ontario ESA, OHSA, and the Human Rights Code.
Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems, with strong attention to data accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.
Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
Flexibility to support occasional off shift requirements.
