As part of a collaborative Talent Management team, you will help shape meaningful employee experiences from onboarding through ongoing development. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR and Talent, you will play a hands-on role in building inclusive programs and maintaining systems that enable smart, people-focused decisions across a global team.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions that set new hires up for success.
In this role, you’ll coordinate new hire planning with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
You’ll provide ongoing training support and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
You’ll manage HRIS administration, monitoring workflows and approval processes to maintain data integrity.
You’ll support health, benefits, and wellness program delivery while preparing employment documentation and internal communications.
You’ll contribute to policy development, compliance tracking, and accessibility initiatives that strengthen organizational practices.
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including delivering onboarding or training
Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Knowledge of employment, accessibility, and health and safety legislation
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within HRIS platforms
CHRP designation and SharePoint experience considered assets
Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
