As part of a collaborative Talent Management team, you will help shape meaningful employee experiences from onboarding through ongoing development. Reporting to the Senior Director, HR and Talent, you will play a hands-on role in building inclusive programs and maintaining systems that enable smart, people-focused decisions across a global team.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions that set new hires up for success.

  • In this role, you’ll coordinate new hire planning with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.

  • You’ll provide ongoing training support and respond to employee inquiries with empathy and professionalism.

  • You’ll manage HRIS administration, monitoring workflows and approval processes to maintain data integrity.

  • You’ll support health, benefits, and wellness program delivery while preparing employment documentation and internal communications.

  • You’ll contribute to policy development, compliance tracking, and accessibility initiatives that strengthen organizational practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including delivering onboarding or training

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field

  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of employment, accessibility, and health and safety legislation

  • Proficiency in MS Office and comfort working within HRIS platforms

  • CHRP designation and SharePoint experience considered assets

  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities
