Location: North Vancouver, BC, Hybrid, 2 to 3 days on-site per month

About the Opportunity
Our client, an industry-leading brand in the performance apparel and gear space, is seeking a part-time Project Manager. This team sits at the heart of creative execution, partnering closely with brand, marketing, creative, and channel stakeholders to bring seasonal campaigns and ecommerce initiatives to life.

You will play a key role in supporting campaign planning across pre-production and post-production, helping deliver compelling work that resonates with a global community.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead campaign timelines from kickoff through final delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and dependencies are clearly mapped and tracked.
- You’ll support pre-production planning, including briefing photographers, coordinating with local production partners, and assisting with casting and licensing considerations.
- You’ll manage post-production workflows, collaborating with graphic designers to deliver campaign toolkits and channel-ready assets.
- You’ll oversee digital asset management processes to ensure files are organized and accessible across teams.
- You’ll act as a key connector between creative, brand, and channel partners, proactively identifying risks and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management, campaign production, or creative operations, ideally within fashion or apparel.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, including pre-production and post-production processes.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Figma, familiarity with Adobe InDesign is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
