You’ll work alongside cross-functional leaders in marketing, partnerships, analytics, and operations within a complex, multi-stakeholder organization in the financial services and consumer loyalty space. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership, giving you the chance to influence how millions of Canadians experience and connect with a brand they use every day. You’ll also manage and lead a brand team of three direct reports, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment across all initiatives.

What’s in it for You

You’ll join a collaborative, people-first environment that values thoughtful leadership, data-driven decision-making, and creative excellence. This is a role where your voice matters, your expertise is trusted, and your impact is visible across the organization. Expect meaningful exposure to executive stakeholders, strong agency partnerships, and a culture that supports balance, curiosity, and professional growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and evolve brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging to support business and program goals.

  • In this role, you’ll act as the senior guardian of brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

  • You’ll lead brand planning, KPI development, and performance measurement, translating insights into action.

  • You’ll oversee public relations, social presence, and brand governance, including agency and vendor management.

  • You’ll manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring spend is aligned to priorities and optimized for impact.

  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed brand strategy across the organization.

  • You’ll manage and lead a brand team of three direct reports, mentoring and empowering them to deliver excellence.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of senior-level experience in brand or integrated marketing within a complex organization, preferable with a CPG, retail or B2C company

  • Proven success developing brand strategies that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets

  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills

  • Strategic, analytical thinker with a creative mindset

  • Experience in loyalty, retail, banking, or entertainment environments is an asset
