Web Content Coordinator

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site, flexible Monday or Tuesday

Language: Strong written and spoken English communication required

Duration: 11-week probationary contract with strong potential to become permanent

Our client, a respected organization in the non-profit sector, is seeking a Web Content Coordinator to support their digital presence and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, community-driven work while shaping how the organization engages its audience online.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative Marketing Manager and a dedicated team that values creativity, initiative, and impact. From managing website content to supporting sponsor relationships, your work will directly enhance visibility, engagement, and mission-driven storytelling.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll upload and manage website content across platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute content strategies and digital campaigns.
  • You’ll design banners, graphics, and visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You’ll track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, identifying engagement trends and KPIs.
  • You’ll prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights to optimize digital performance.
  • You’ll support sponsor coordination, managing logo collection, communications, and branded materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in website content management and analytics reporting.
  • Post-secondary diploma or certificate in web design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, Asana, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with sponsors, events, or marketing suppliers is considered an asset.
