About the Opportunity

Join a fast-paced, collaborative Packaging team supporting one of Canada’s most recognized retail organizations, Canadian Tire Corporation. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in bringing products to life, ensuring packaging is accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, regulatory, and production, guiding projects from kickoff to final approvals and print.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll support packaging development from project kickoff through final approvals, pre-press, and printing.
  • You’ll track timelines and deliverables, following up with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
  • You’ll edit and update packaging copy for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • You’ll review packaging files for completeness, including marketing claims, legal text, and bilingual requirements.
  • You’ll apply your knowledge of Canadian packaging and labeling standards, guided by senior team members.
  • You’ll assist with administrative and coordination tasks that keep packaging projects organized and on schedule.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of project coordination, administrative, or packaging support experience.
  • Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to packaging development, production art, or retail branding is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of print, dielines, or pre-press processes is considered an advantage.
