About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading Canadian retail organization, is seeking an Order Management Superuser to join a collaborative Supply Chain and Merchandising team. This role sits at the center of how products move from vendors to stores, ensuring purchase and store orders flow accurately and efficiently to retail customers across Canada.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Merchandising, and senior leadership, to troubleshoot system and process disruptions. Your work will directly impact inventory flow, store readiness, and the overall customer experience.
