About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading Canadian retail organization, is seeking an Order Management Superuser to join a collaborative Supply Chain and Merchandising team. This role sits at the center of how products move from vendors to stores, ensuring purchase and store orders flow accurately and efficiently to retail customers across Canada.

You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Merchandising, and senior leadership, to troubleshoot system and process disruptions. Your work will directly impact inventory flow, store readiness, and the overall customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll monitor system health daily, managing errors and exceptions to ensure uninterrupted order flow.
• You’ll validate and process purchase and store order changes, cancellations, and stranded orders across multiple order management platforms.
• You’ll lead root cause investigations and detailed analyses, identifying system or process gaps and recommending practical solutions.
• You’ll build and maintain queries, reports, and data programs to support operational decision-making and leadership requests.
• You’ll contribute to system testing and corporate initiatives, ensuring Order Management requirements are clearly defined and met.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of Supply Chain experience, ideally within order management or systems-focused roles
• Post-secondary education in information engineering, systems analysis, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and data tools such as Knime
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and work with highly detailed information
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to prioritize, assess impacts, and present findings clearly
• Natural curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
