This is a high-impact advisory engagement focused on helping executive leadership make informed, strategic decisions about infrastructure direction, operating models, and long-term cost structure.

You’ll facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on success metrics and decision frameworks.
You’ll deliver comparative platform analysis, including cost models, licensing considerations, vendor viability, and ecosystem maturity.
You’ll develop a future-state architecture and phased roadmap, outlining migration considerations and governance impacts.
You’ll provide regular status reporting and steering committee updates at key milestones.
