About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead solution design and technical direction for a large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow environment. This role focuses on defining scalable architecture, enabling secure integrations, and ensuring the platform supports both current operational needs and long-term roadmap objectives.

You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and governance bodies to translate organizational priorities into robust ServiceNow solutions. This is a hands-on architecture role with a strong emphasis on platform standards, integration strategy, and audit-ready design within a regulated public-sector setting.

What’s In It for You

This opportunity offers the flexibility of fully remote work while contributing to high-impact, enterprise-level initiatives. You’ll have the chance to influence platform direction, reduce technical debt, and shape how ServiceNow is leveraged across the organization. The environment values thoughtful design, clear documentation, and collaboration, making it ideal for an architect who enjoys both strategic thinking and practical delivery.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design and deliver approved ServiceNow solution architectures, including diagrams, standards, and reference models.

  • In this role, you’ll define integration designs and data flows across enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

  • You’ll lead architecture reviews, documenting decisions, risks, and recommendations aligned to governance and SDLC standards.

  • You’ll establish mobile architecture patterns and advise on ServiceNow Mobile App use cases.

  • You’ll design AI and Copilot-style integration architectures, including guardrails and decision frameworks.

  • You’ll contribute to platform roadmap planning, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • You’ll produce audit-ready documentation supporting security, compliance, and operational governance.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience architecting or leading complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

  • 5+ years of deep expertise with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data governance.

  • 5+ years of hands-on integration experience using REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and identity integrations.

  • 5+ years of proficiency in ServiceNow development and configuration, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, ATF, CI/CD, and performance optimization.

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Mobile App, Virtual Agent, AI-assisted workflows, or Copilot-style integrations is considered an asset.
