Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This is a high-impact role where your technical vision will directly shape how teams deliver, scale, and innovate across the business.

You’ll define and lead the overall ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
You’ll facilitate technical design and validation workshops, guiding best practices and scalable solutions.
You’ll oversee integrations with third-party systems, documenting dependencies and integration points.
You’ll manage offshore developers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and issue resolution.
You’ll conduct architectural and configuration reviews to ensure performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability.
You’ll collaborate with functional leads to triage and resolve technical defects through build, UAT, and post-go-live phases.
5+ years of progressive ServiceNow configuration and development experience, including 3+ years in architecture and solution design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and platform architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, APIs, data imports, and web technologies.
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required, CIS and CMA considered an asset.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical teams.
