About the Opportunity

Our client, a large enterprise organization, is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This is a high-impact role where your technical vision will directly shape how teams deliver, scale, and innovate across the business.

You will collaborate closely with functional leads, developers, and senior stakeholders to architect solutions that are secure, scalable, and built for long-term success. If you enjoy guiding technical direction, mentoring teams, and turning complex requirements into elegant platform solutions, this is an opportunity to make your mark.

What’s In It for You

You will join a collaborative environment that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. This organization supports professional growth through exposure to enterprise-level initiatives and encourages thought leadership across technical teams.

Expect a culture that values accountability, knowledge sharing, and meaningful contribution. Your expertise will be respected, and your ideas will help shape platform strategy.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and lead the overall ServiceNow solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

  • You’ll facilitate technical design and validation workshops, guiding best practices and scalable solutions.

  • You’ll oversee integrations with third-party systems, documenting dependencies and integration points.

  • You’ll manage offshore developers, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and issue resolution.

  • You’ll conduct architectural and configuration reviews to ensure performance, security, accessibility, and maintainability.

  • You’ll collaborate with functional leads to triage and resolve technical defects through build, UAT, and post-go-live phases.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive ServiceNow configuration and development experience, including 3+ years in architecture and solution design.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and platform architecture.

  • Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, APIs, data imports, and web technologies.

  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications required, CIS and CMA considered an asset.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical teams.

Note from the Hiring Manager

“We’re looking for someone who can see the big picture but also roll up their sleeves when needed. If you’re passionate about building scalable solutions and enjoy mentoring others while driving technical excellence, you’ll thrive here.”
