This role is posted for proactive sourcing purposes only. Compensation and contract specifics will be confirmed once client requirements are finalized. We are actively building a pipeline of experienced Power Platform Architects for upcoming public sector initiatives.
As demand arises, you may be called upon to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives focused on modernizing enterprise business applications. You’ll play a key role in shaping solution architecture, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring Power Platform solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise and government standards.

You’ll collaborate with senior technical leaders and business stakeholders while contributing to solutions that directly support improved service delivery for Canadians.
Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrations with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
Define application, data, integration, and security architectures aligned with enterprise and Government of Canada standards.
Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and technical guidance to development teams.
Design integration patterns using APIs, Azure services, and cloud-native approaches.
Support cloud adoption, data migration strategies, and modernization of legacy or on-premises solutions.
Contribute to delivery planning, effort estimation, and risk identification.
Produce clear architectural documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
7+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, with strong hands-on and architectural experience in Microsoft Power Platform.
Solid understanding of Azure services, integration patterns, security models, and identity management.
Experience conducting fit-gap analysis and defining architectural roadmaps.
Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and cloud-first architectures.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
Public sector or regulated-environment experience is an asset.
