In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of HR and technology, collaborating with HR leaders, IT partners, and business stakeholders to improve systems, workflows, and service delivery. Your work will help ensure projects are delivered effectively, data is accurate, and new tools are adopted with confidence across the organization.

What’s In It for You

You’ll join a mission-driven organization that plays a vital role in supporting public services and infrastructure. This is an opportunity to gain exposure to high-impact, enterprise-wide HR transformation projects within a structured and collaborative environment.

The culture values accountability, cross-functional teamwork, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the chance to contribute meaningfully, build strong internal partnerships, and grow your experience in large-scale HR project delivery.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll support HR projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked.
• You’ll facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed documentation and process maps.
• You’ll analyze workflows and data requirements to inform HRIS configuration and system enhancements.
• You’ll develop and execute test plans, support system and UAT testing, and validate data integrity.
• You’ll create user guides, training materials, and facilitate workshops to support adoption of new processes and systems.
• You’ll monitor post-implementation performance, track KPIs, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR project delivery and business analysis within complex environments.
• Experience working with or implementing HRIS platforms and analytics tools, preferably Oracle and or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven stakeholder engagement experience across HR and IT teams.
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Note from the Hiring Manager
