Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define, track, and analyze product KPIs to support opportunity sizing and business case development.

  • In this role, you’ll design post-launch analytics frameworks to measure product effectiveness and engagement.

  • You’ll own weekly KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to stakeholders.

  • You’ll identify trends and anomalies in data to inform product roadmap decisions.

  • You’ll support A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve user experiences.

  • You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.

  • You’ll build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable self-service analytics across the product team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within an e-commerce environment

  • Proven experience defining and tracking product KPIs, including opportunity sizing and attribution

  • Strong expertise in post-launch analytics and performance measurement

  • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

  • Experience with web analytics, experimentation, and data visualization tools

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
