You’ll define, track, and analyze product KPIs to support opportunity sizing and business case development.
In this role, you’ll design post-launch analytics frameworks to measure product effectiveness and engagement.
You’ll own weekly KPI reporting, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery to stakeholders.
You’ll identify trends and anomalies in data to inform product roadmap decisions.
You’ll support A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve user experiences.
You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
You’ll build and maintain dashboards and reports that enable self-service analytics across the product team.
3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role within an e-commerce environment
Proven experience defining and tracking product KPIs, including opportunity sizing and attribution
Strong expertise in post-launch analytics and performance measurement
Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
Experience with web analytics, experimentation, and data visualization tools
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
