Scanning Clerk
Location: Toronto, ON, On-site, 5 days per week

You’ll be supporting a community health organization dedicated to making services accessible and inclusive for everyone. Your work will directly support internal operations during a critical transition period.
You’ll help ensure employee records are digitized accurately and securely. With limited onboarding time available, this role is best suited for someone who is confident, self-sufficient, and comfortable jumping in with minimal supervision. Your attention to detail will play an important role in supporting a people-first mission within the non-profit healthcare sector.
This is a straightforward, well-defined contract with consistent hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a 30-minute lunch break. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations in a mission-driven environment.

You’ll digitize physical employee files by scanning and organizing records into accurate PDF formats.
In this role, you’ll ensure confidential HR documents are handled securely and with discretion.
You’ll independently manage daily scanning tasks with minimal oversight.
You’ll maintain organized digital filing systems to support ongoing HR accessibility and compliance.
1+ year of experience in administrative, clerical, or records management roles.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with confidential information.
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with limited training.
Basic computer skills, including file management and document handling.
Reliability and availability to work on-site through the end of March.
