Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll assign bankruptcies and garnishments promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Handle in-office mail and various administrative duties to support daily operations.
  • Manage correspondence related to lawyer's letters, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives, acting as a backup when needed to foster team collaboration.
  • You’ll perform other administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail in proofreading.
  • Knowledge of legal and court documents and procedures across Canada is preferred.
  • Team player with well-developed organizational and time management abilities.
  • Motivated self-starter with the capacity to work independently while managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong technical skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and document management software (M-Files, Relativity).
  • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Experience handling highly sensitive and confidential information in daily duties.
