About the Opportunity

This opportunity sits at the intersection of mobile product strategy, customer experience, and enterprise-scale retail operations. You’ll lead the design and delivery of mobile-first solutions that support both customer-facing experiences and internal store and associate workflows within a complex omnichannel environment.

Working closely with engineering, design, and business partners, you’ll translate real-world retail needs into scalable mobile products. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in high-volume, high-impact environments and understands how mobile experiences connect digital and physical retail.

What’s in it for You

You’ll work in a collaborative, product-led culture that values experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. This role offers exposure to large-scale mobile ecosystems, modern product practices, and enterprise platform integrations.

You’ll have the opportunity to influence experiences used by millions of customers and associates, while partnering with seasoned product, engineering, and operations leaders.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and own mobile product solutions from discovery through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.

  • In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design mobile-first experiences across iOS and Android platforms.

  • You’ll partner with operations, analytics, and platform teams to integrate mobile solutions with backend systems and data platforms.

  • You’ll lead roadmap planning, prioritization, and backlog refinement in an Agile product environment.

  • You’ll measure adoption, performance, and customer impact to continuously improve mobile experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive Product Management experience, with a strong focus on mobile products.

  • Proven experience delivering high-scale mobile applications in eCommerce, retail, or marketplace environments.
Experience with mobile device solutions used in stores (handheld scanners/phones, device apps that connect to inventory/warehouse/POS systems).
Familiarity with order tracking, picking & fulfillment, inventory scanning, shelf management, pricing/markdowns, and merchandising workflows.

  • Strong understanding of mobile UX, platform constraints, and app lifecycle considerations.

  • Experience integrating mobile apps with enterprise backend systems and APIs.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
