Are you ready to lead the strategic direction of technology solutions in finance, tax, and controllership for a regulated enterprise environment? In this Tax Product Manager role, you’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that complex systems, processes, and compliance requirements align with organizational goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape innovative solutions while supporting critical financial and regulatory functions that directly impact business performance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with finance, tax, controllership, and compliance teams, collaborating with technology and operations partners to implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. You’ll influence strategic priorities, help guide projects from concept to delivery, and ensure that the organization’s technology investments support both operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll define and set the strategic direction for tax and finance technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.

  • In this role, you’ll act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps.

  • You’ll oversee multiple projects and initiatives, managing delivery timelines, dependencies, and risks across finance and compliance domains.

  • You’ll ensure that product solutions meet regulatory, controllership, and compliance standards while supporting operational efficiency.

  • You’ll guide adoption of best practices in project management and product delivery, leveraging your PMP or Scrum Master certification to drive structured processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in finance, tax, or enterprise technology.

  • PMP or Scrum Master certification required.

  • Strong understanding of finance, tax, controllership, and regulatory compliance requirements.

  • Proven ability to bridge business and technology, translating complex needs into actionable plans.

  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Experience guiding strategic initiatives and delivering solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
