As Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator, you will support the smooth movement of goods across North America while ensuring compliance with evolving tariff and customs requirements. Your work will directly impact operational continuity, accuracy, and regulatory confidence.
Working closely with logistics leadership, purchasing teams, you will be at the center of documentation, reporting, and coordination efforts. You’ll coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across North America, ensuring timelines and compliance requirements are met.
In this role, you’ll prepare, review, and submit customs documentation to support smooth import and export activity.
You’ll manage detailed trade and customs reporting, with a strong focus on tariffs and CUSMA or USMCA compliance.
You’ll enter and maintain purchase orders in SAP, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
You’ll support purchasing activities including PO tracking, updates, and vendor coordination.
You’ll act as a key support to logistics leadership, helping manage increased customs and compliance workloads.
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong working knowledge of North American trade regulations, including CUSMA or USMCA.
Hands-on experience with customs documentation, tariffs, and import or export compliance.
Purchasing experience, including PO entry and tracking, is a strong asset.
Experience using SAP for purchase orders or logistics transactions is preferred.
High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities onsite.
