Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll perform hands-on repair and maintenance of cameras and lenses with precision and care.
  • In this role, you’ll troubleshoot technical issues and guide others through repair processes when needed.
  • You’ll collaborate with leadership to understand workflows, product standards, and escalation procedures.
  • You’ll maintain detailed tracking of repair volumes, inventory processes, and internal reporting.
  • You’ll help support shop coordination, timelines, and ongoing process improvements.
  • You’ll communicate clearly via email and virtual meetings to ensure alignment across teams.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in a hands-on camera technician role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Solid familiarity with camera systems, lenses, and digital imaging equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business process awareness and reporting experience considered an asset.
