 Technology Architect – Level 3 (Microsoft Power Platform)

Contract Duration: January 2026 – March 31, 2026

Overview

Our client is seeking a Technology Architect (Level 3) to support priority initiatives focused on automation of internal business processes using the Microsoft Power Platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and modernizing enterprise-grade solutions that improve operational efficiency and align with architectural and security standards.


Key Technologies

  • Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)

  • Power Automate (Flows)

  • Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service)

  • Power Virtual Agents

  • PowerFx

  • Custom Connectors & PCF Components

  • API & Web Service Integrations (e.g., enterprise systems such as ERP platforms)


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Build and optimize automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate and Dataverse.

  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using APIs and web services.

  • Develop custom connectors, PowerFx formulas, and occasional custom PCF components.

  • Refactor and modernize existing solutions to meet current architectural, security, and performance standards.

  • Design and optimize Dataverse schemas, entity relationships, and data management strategies.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical and business requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with security, performance, accessibility, and best-practice standards.

  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams.


Deliverables

  • Automated workflow supporting the full travel request lifecycle.

  • Documentation outlining solution architecture, approach, and Power Platform implementation.

  • Technical documentation for all developed features and components.

  • Regular progress reporting and participation in sprint planning and review sessions.

  • Final knowledge transfer session and complete documentation at the end of the contract.
