Job Description

Our federal government client is seeking a consultant to lead the planning, adoption, and phased rollout of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery as part of its ongoing ITSM modernization. They will require a certified technical architect who can fulfill the responsibilities of this position. 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish ITOM governance and an implementation roadmap
• Coordinate MID Server deployment and credential strategies
• Oversee discovery schedules for servers, network devices, and critical assets
• Support CMDB design aligned with CSDM and integrate authoritative data sources
• Lead stakeholder engagement and deliver train-the-trainer materials
• Define ITOM KPIs, dashboards, and provide regular progress reporting
• Ensure security compliance and support SA&A documentation

Qualifications and Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
