Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team as a Customer Service Billing Support Specialist, with a primary focus on assisting customers and supporting the accounting team with payment-related tasks. This is a 6-month contract requiring on-site presence 4 days a week in North York, with the possibility of extension. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the possibility of one shift per week of 11:00AM to 7:00PM.
Contract: 6 months, with the possibility of extension
Location: North York (Hybrid – 4 days on-site)
Pay: $20/hour
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries related to payment processing and updating account information.
- Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service for the billing department.
- Support the accounting team with tasks related to payments.
- Perform manual tasks such as stuffing envelopes and preparing them for mailing.
- Carry out data entry duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (e.g., call center or retail).
- Experience within pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
- Experience with processing billings is an asset.
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
