Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage event and space setup, arranging and moving furniture and equipment in multifunctional areas for meetings, events, and activities.

  • You’ll assist employees with locker resets and access issues, providing friendly and responsive support.

  • You’ll conduct regular facility inspections, walking through office areas to ensure maintenance and safety checklists are up to date.

  • You’ll support the facilities team with day-to-day operational requests and small projects, keeping the office running smoothly.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in facilities, customer service, operations, or a related role

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift and move furniture as required

  • Attention to detail in performing inspections and following checklists

  • Reliable, proactive, and collaborative approach to supporting team and office needs
