Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Location: Aurora, ON
Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days onsite
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift

Our client is adding a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their Support Services and Support Centre team. You’ll be the connection point between store teams and internal departments, helping solve problems, support programs, and keep operations moving.

What you'll do
- Handle incoming phone and email inquiries from stores and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating when appropriate
- Log interactions accurately to support follow up and visibility
- Flag recurring issues and help propose/document solutions
- Join daily team huddles and regular one-on-ones
- Partner with other departments to meet service level targets
- Support team and company goals through strong individual performance
- Follow corporate safety, environmental, and workplace policies
What you bring
- Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal)
- Completed post secondary education
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment
- Experience in supply chain or logistics is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and handle sensitive situations with tact
- Comfort juggling priorities and adapting to changing needs
- A proactive mindset and strong problem solving skills
