You’ll design automated systems based on client specifications and develop clear, functional analyses.
You’ll develop PLC, HMI and SCADA programs using a range of industrial technologies.
In this role, you’ll conduct performance tests using 3D emulation tools, ensuring compliance and system reliability.
You’ll program PLCs, SCADA systems, cameras and other automation components.
You’ll lead on-site commissioning activities and train operators on newly deployed systems.
You’ll serve as a technical resource during warranty periods, troubleshooting issues and restoring system performance.
You’ll analyze equipment malfunctions, recommend corrective actions and maintain customer satisfaction.
You may provide coaching to other automation specialists as project needs evolve.
5 to 7 years of experience in industrial automation, supported by a university degree or college diploma.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
Customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset.
Ability to travel internationally for extended periods and hold a valid passport.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and automation technologies including Profibus, Profinet, PLC modules and Siemens systems (Simatic Manager, S7-300, TIA Portal, S7-1500).
Experience with SCADA platforms such as WinCC or InTouch, and familiarity with Allen-Bradley products.
