Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll design automated systems based on client specifications and develop clear, functional analyses.

  • You’ll develop PLC, HMI and SCADA programs using a range of industrial technologies.

  • In this role, you’ll conduct performance tests using 3D emulation tools, ensuring compliance and system reliability.

  • You’ll program PLCs, SCADA systems, cameras and other automation components.

  • You’ll lead on-site commissioning activities and train operators on newly deployed systems.

  • You’ll serve as a technical resource during warranty periods, troubleshooting issues and restoring system performance.

  • You’ll analyze equipment malfunctions, recommend corrective actions and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • You may provide coaching to other automation specialists as project needs evolve.


Skills and Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial automation, supported by a university degree or college diploma.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Customer-focused approach and collaborative mindset.

  • Ability to travel internationally for extended periods and hold a valid passport.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and automation technologies including Profibus, Profinet, PLC modules and Siemens systems (Simatic Manager, S7-300, TIA Portal, S7-1500).

  • Experience with SCADA platforms such as WinCC or InTouch, and familiarity with Allen-Bradley products.
