Physician Services (On Call) – Ontario Region

Our federal government client is seeking the services of an experienced Primary Care Physician to provide On Call services. 

Fully Remote. 

Tasks (including but not limited to):

• The Contractor (PCP) must provide primary care telephone consultation services for Health Services staff.
• The contractor (PCP) must provide medical orders and clinical guidance and expertise to health care staff or refer inmates to community Emergency Service Departments when clinically appropriate, or both, to cover after hour medical issues and emergencies.

Experience required:

• Bilingual 
• Reliability Clearance
• A doctor of medicine degree (MD) from a recognized Canadian university or from a foreign university with an unrestricted license with the Medical Council of Canada.
• Licensed as a physician with College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Minimum of 2 year of cumulative full-time experience as a physician
