Job Title: Senior SAP Quality Assurance Lead/Manager
Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, 2–3 days on-site per week
Job Type: Contract, full-time hours, 6 months to start, with possible extension for the multi-year project

Join a large public sector program delivering complex, high-profile SAP initiatives that impact services used by millions. In this senior leadership role, you will shape test strategy, elevate quality practices, and guide a capable team through multiple, fast-moving releases.
You will partner closely with business leads, systems integrators, and internal IT to ensure traceability from requirements to outcomes, bringing the discipline, diplomacy, and delivery focus needed in a multi-vendor environment.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, driving planning, execution, reporting, and process improvement.
In this role, you’ll author and govern Test Strategies, Test Plans, and clear entry and exit criteria across releases.
You’ll oversee test design and execution aligned to the SDLC, ensuring end-to-end traceability from business requirements to test outcomes.
You’ll act as the primary liaison for UAT, supporting manual and automated test activities and coordinating with vendors.
You’ll monitor progress, manage risk and defects, and provide timely status with actionable quality metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
10+ years as an SAP QA Lead or Manager, including 5+ full-cycle implementations delivered.
10+ years in complex SAP programs, ideally spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, or WMS.
Expertise with test management and defect tools, Jira experience an asset.
Proven stakeholder management in multi-vendor public sector environments, with strong communication and coaching skills.
