Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll lead multi-year industrial and infrastructure projects, overseeing all aspects from start-up to closeout.
  • In this role, you’ll control project budgets, timelines, and quality, ensuring financial performance aligns with expectations.
  • You’ll coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and internal teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
  • You’ll develop and review project documentation including safety, environmental, QA/QC, insurance, bonding, and permits.
  • You’ll collaborate with foremen, superintendents, and safety managers to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • You’ll participate in site visits to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of industrial & infrastructure project management experience in construction or a related industry.
  • Red Seal Electrician, Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or P.Eng. designation.
  • PMP Certification, Gold Seal in Project Management, or equivalent education.
  • Proven track record managing complex projects, including high voltage substations, generating stations, water treatment, bulk terminals, and transit infrastructure.
  • Strong financial acumen, understanding of contract law, and ability to create detailed project schedules.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Accubid, or scheduling software is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
