Vos responsabilités

  • Vous serez le point de contact principal pour les résidents, visiteurs et fournisseurs, en assurant un service professionnel et attentionné
  • Vous superviserez les opérations quotidiennes de l’immeuble afin de maintenir des standards élevés pour les espaces communs et les commodités
  • Vous coordonnerez les demandes de service, les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs afin d’assurer une résolution rapide et efficace
  • Vous piloterez des initiatives d’engagement, incluant des événements et communications visant à renforcer le sentiment de communauté
  • Vous encadrerez le personnel sur place, en favorisant la collaboration, la formation et une culture de performance

Compétences et qualifications

  • 3+ années d’expérience en gestion immobilière, en hôtellerie ou dans un rôle de leadership axé sur le service à la clientèle
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles, communicationnelles et en résolution de conflits
  • Expérience dans la gestion des opérations, des fournisseurs et de priorités multiples dans un environnement dynamique
  • Maîtrise des outils comme Yardi et la suite Microsoft Office
  • Approche proactive, adaptable et orientée vers la satisfaction des résidents

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism
  • You’ll oversee daily building operations, ensuring maintenance, amenities, and common areas meet high presentation standards
  • You’ll coordinate service requests, vendors, and contractors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues
  • You’ll lead resident engagement initiatives, organizing events and communications that foster a strong sense of community
  • You’ll supervise on-site staff, supporting training, collaboration, and a high-performance team culture

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or a customer-focused leadership role
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience managing operations, vendors, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with property management systems such as Yardi and Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
