About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, customer-focused organization in the commercial services and real estate solutions space. As a Regional Business Specialist, you will play a key role in driving B2B growth by building relationships with local businesses and delivering tailored solutions that support their operational needs.

You will work closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals across Ottawa, acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador. This is a highly interactive, field-based role where your ability to connect, prospect, and close will directly impact business growth and client success.

What’s in it for You

You’ll join a high-energy, performance-driven environment that values initiative, relationship-building, and results. With structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship, you will be set up for success while gaining exposure to both sales strategy and client engagement.

This role offers strong earning potential through uncapped commission, along with a culture that supports autonomy, accountability, and professional growth. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and building something of your own, this is an excellent opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll proactively prospect new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach to build a strong pipeline.

  • In this role, you’ll conduct client meetings, presentations, and site tours to showcase services and close new business.

  • You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development and deal closure.

  • You’ll maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to expand services.

  • You’ll track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a client-facing role

  • Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a competitive market

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional, confident approach

  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local travel

Note from the Hiring Manager
