Customer Care and Order Entry Representative
Location: Brampton, fully onsite
Type: Temp to Perm 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (30-minute lunch)

Company Overview: Our client is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Care and Order Entry Representative to join their team. This position, which is temporary to permanent, offers an exciting opportunity for career growth within the organization.

Position Overview: As a Customer Care and Order Entry Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, and managing basic accounting tasks. Your role will involve entering orders, responding to customer inquiries, invoicing, and entering cash receipts. You will also generate sales reports in Excel, perform administrative tasks as needed, and ensure the smooth operation of our order processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry and processing
  • Customer care, including phone, text, and email communication
  • Processing orders from both our commercial site and e-commerce platforms
  • Invoicing and entering cash receipts
  • Handling payables invoices (in a limited volume)
  • Generating sales reports in Excel
  • Completing any other assigned administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Personable, phone-friendly, and excellent with customers
  • Basic accounting knowledge with a good understanding of debits and credits
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office 365
  • A great attitude towards training and learning
  • Friendly personality and willingness to adapt
