Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid)

Rotating Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and 11am-7pm (Must be available and willing to work both shifts)
Our client, a respected organization in the non-profit sector, is seeking a Bilingual Client Services Coordinator to support a national stewardship program focused on environmental compliance. In this role, you will play a key part in helping organizations across Canada meet regulatory requirements, contributing to meaningful sustainability efforts.

You’ll guide clients through recycling regulations and compliance requirements across Canada
In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, ensuring timely reporting and remittances
You’ll follow up on documentation and support invoicing-related inquiries
You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve client issues
You’ll maintain accurate records and perform basic audit and reconciliation checks
You’ll provide bilingual client support via phone and email
2 to 3 years of experience in client services, administration, or account management
Fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, with testing required
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Outlook
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Financial literacy or experience with reporting and invoicing is an asset
Experience with compliance or environmental regulations is considered a strong asset
