Job Description

Coordinator, Professional Conduct

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 2 anchor days per month on-site, plus 1–2 rotating days)
Language: Strong written and verbal communication in English required, bilingual French is an asset
Background Check Requirement: Reference checks required, minimum of 3 references from different organizations, and proof of COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll serve as a first point of contact, responding to phone and email inquiries with professionalism and care
  • You’ll process applications and review records, ensuring accuracy and completeness within internal systems
  • You’ll support committee and team meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
  • You’ll coordinate administrative workflows such as correspondence, database updates, and audit support
  • You’ll contribute to special projects and provide reception backup as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role within an office environment
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in high-volume, process-driven work
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and think critically
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
  • Experience in a regulatory or healthcare environment is an asset
