About the Opportunity
We’re hiring multiple Record Center Specialists to support a busy, operations-driven environment within a professional services organization. This is a hands-on role where your work directly contributes to the safe handling, organization, and movement of critical records and materials.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values reliability, consistency, and accountability. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and prefer a structured, task-focused environment over a desk job, this is a great opportunity to step into a steady, full-time contract role.

What’s In It for You
This opportunity offers consistent hours and a predictable schedule, making it ideal for candidates seeking stability. You’ll gain experience in a structured operational setting while working alongside a supportive team.

It’s also a great fit for individuals who thrive in active roles and enjoy tangible, physical work. The environment is straightforward, with clear processes and minimal customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll move, lift, and organize boxes of files, books, and materials throughout the facility

  • You’ll load and unload materials onto pallets, carts, and trucks

  • You’ll use scanners and internal systems to track and manage inventory

  • You’ll operate hand carts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently

  • You’ll remain on your feet for most of the shift, maintaining productivity and accuracy

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in warehouse, general labour, construction, or similar environments

  • Ability to lift between 10 to 100 lbs regularly without assistance

  • Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and reaching

  • Strong reliability and ability to follow structured processes independently

  • Basic comfort using scanners or computer-based systems

  • Must own steel-toe boots and be prepared for a fully on-site role
