Record Center Specialist (Light Industrial)
Location: Ottawa, ON (On-site, 5 days per week)
Compensation: $20.00/hour
Language: English required, both written and spoken
Duration: 4-month contract, 8: 00 AM- 5:00 PM
Background Check Requirement: Reliability Clearance(required), Criminal Record Check and Softcheck required; the candidate is responsible for associated costs

Your Responsibilities
You’ll move, lift, and organize boxes of files, books, and materials throughout the facility
You’ll load and unload materials onto pallets, carts, and trucks
You’ll use scanners and internal systems to track and manage inventory
You’ll operate hand carts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
You’ll remain on your feet for most of the shift, maintaining productivity and accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
1+ years of experience in warehouse, general labour, construction, or similar environments
Ability to lift between 10 to 100 lbs regularly without assistance
Comfortable with repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and reaching
Strong reliability and ability to follow structured processes independently
Basic comfort using scanners or computer-based systems
Must own steel-toe boots and be prepared for a fully on-site role
