About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading organization within the financial services sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a high-impact technology transformation initiative. This role focuses on modernizing End User Computing (EUC) tools and improving data integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance across business functions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including technology, data, and operations, playing a key role in translating complex business processes into scalable, controlled solutions. Your Responsibilities
• You’ll partner with business and technology teams to assess current processes and define future-state solutions
• In this role, you’ll document business and functional requirements, including detailed data mappings and calculation logic
• You’ll analyze and support the remediation of EUC tools, ensuring compliance with governance and control standards
• You’ll lead and support UAT activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution
• You’ll contribute to reporting and data analysis, ensuring accuracy in calculations, metrics, and business rules
• You’ll support project delivery through documentation, risk identification, and collaboration with stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
• 3-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or banking
• Proven experience with EUC analysis, remediation, or conversion initiatives
• Strong expertise in analyzing complex data, calculations, and business rules
• Hands-on experience supporting UAT and business validation processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Visio is considered an asset
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
