About the Opportunity

Altis Recruitment is partnering with a national training organization that works closely with Transport Canada to support regulatory certification processes. This team plays a critical role in ensuring  professionals receive accurate certification documentation required to remain compliant and continue working.

The team is seeking detail-oriented administrative support to help move this time-sensitive project forward. You will work alongside a small remote team to manually generate official course certificates helping uphold important safety and compliance standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • You’ll copy and paste learner data from Excel spreadsheets into fillable PDF certificate templates
  • In this role, you’ll generate both regular and duplicate First Aid certificates
  • You’ll ensure course details, names, dates of birth, and certification numbers are entered accurately
  • You’ll save, print, and prepare certificates for signature and official stamping
  • You’ll flag any discrepancies immediately, as errors can impact individuals’ ability to work
  • You’ll contribute to achieving daily production targets of approximately 10 certificates per person

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Comfort working with PDF forms, experience with Adobe Pro is an asset
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to meet daily volume targets in a fast-paced environment
