Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid 3 days/week on-site

About the Opportunity

As a seasoned IT Project Manager, you will lead complex, enterprise-wide web and application development initiatives.  The project is a high-impact transformation focused on modernizing applications, optimizing user experience, and driving meaningful business and data transformation across multiple departments.

You will partner with executive leaders, technical teams, and business stakeholders in a matrix environment where collaboration and clarity are key. Your leadership will directly influence delivery excellence, stakeholder confidence, and the long-term success of digital transformation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise application development projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources.
• You’ll drive Agile execution while ensuring alignment with enterprise governance and reporting standards.
• You’ll oversee project plans, status reporting, executive presentations, and support governance forums including EARB and CAB.
• You’ll guide cross-functional technical teams through data transformation, migration, and user experience optimization initiatives.
• You’ll manage vendor relationships and support procurement and contract processes as required.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex, enterprise-wide IT transformation projects in multi-departmental environments.
• Project Management Professional, PMP, certification required, with 10+ years applying PMBOK principles in practice.
• 10+ years of Agile project delivery experience, CSM considered an asset.
• Considerable experience with contract negotiations, procurement procedures and Vendor and Contract Management
• Experience working in matrix environments using tools such as Microsoft Enterprise Project Management and SharePoint.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
