About the Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules, shaping the future of HR systems. You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, including data migration, integration, testing, and training, while providing project management and strategic guidance. You’ll work with HR teams, technical specialists, and executive leadership to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the full project lifecycle for SAP initiatives, from analysis and planning through implementation and project close.
- You’ll manage budgets, track resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
- You’ll oversee vendor selection and relationships, ensuring accountability, contract compliance, and service quality.
- You’ll support business analysis activities to streamline HRIS processes and improve system effectiveness.
- You’ll prepare reports, documentation, and training resources for stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in project management, leading large scale or enterprise wide HR Technology initiatives.
- Extensive vendor management experience, including negotiating contracts and SLAs, managing SAP implementation partners, third-party vendors, and consultants
- Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, specifically Employee Central (EC), in complex organizations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, practices, and employment legislation.
- Strong knowledge of data migration and transformation strategies, SAP Integration Suite, Integration Center for EC and Onboarding, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security compliance.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Recognized certification in project management (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, CAPM).
- ITIL and Lean Six Sigma certifications are an asset.
- Courses in Human Resources are an asset. SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (preferred)
- Employee Central (EC) Core or Onboarding 2.0 Certification is an asset
- Additional SuccessFactors module certifications (e.g., Recruiting, Performance & Goals) are an advantage
