As part of a collaborative Corporate Services team, you’ll support financial operations that directly enable ethical, transparent, and accountable service delivery.
In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with Finance and Human Resources, contributing to accounting operations, payroll preparation, and continuous process improvement. Your work will support employees, registrants, and stakeholders across Ontario, making accuracy, integrity, and service excellence central to everything you do.

You’ll support full cycle accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial transactions.
You’ll prepare payroll and related reconciliations using an HRIS and payroll system, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
You’ll manage vendor records and contracts, resolving discrepancies and maintaining accurate documentation.
You’ll analyze and audit financial data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
You’ll assist with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset tracking.
You’ll collaborate with Human Resources on benefits and pension administration, maintaining accurate employee and payroll data.
3+ years of experience in full cycle accounting, payroll, or related finance roles.
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA designation in progress is considered an asset.
Working knowledge of accounting and payroll systems, or the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations, accounting principles, and tax requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information.
